The RISE Population Health Summit is a gathering for professionals in health plans, provider groups, and related sectors looking to for innovative ways to connect with hard-to-reach members and improve health outcomes. This year’s event takes place December 10-11, 2025 at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter - Astor.
